Journal of Communication Engineering (JCE), biannual publishes peer-reviewed original and comprehensive articles. The publication focuses on all aspects of communication engineering.

Articles submitted to JCE must not have been published previously nor submitted simultaneously to other journals and authors are solely responsible for the originality and accuracy of their articles.

Authors are invited to prepare their articles according to the guidelines included in the  JCE template.  Submission of the articles to JCE can only be done via on-line submission. There are no page limits, typesetting expenses or page charges.

If a submitted paper is accepted for publication, the copyright shall be transferred to the JCE and re-publication of the paper or material extracted from the paper, including figures and tables, can not take place without written consent of JCE. Following acceptance, articles would be freely available for all readers via the Internet.

Published papers in the Journal of Communication Engineering are fully open and accessible to everyone to download and read. Everyone is free to re-use the published papers if proper cited.
